Q: My iMessage is not using my cell phone number and it has grayed out the phone number and only continues to use my iCloud email wit ... My iMessage is not using my cell phone number and it has grayed out the phone number and only continues to use my iCloud email with iMessage. I already did the network setting reset a few times with wifi on. Please help more

I know that it can be frustrating when trying to sort out one problem and another one shows up. For issues with activating iMessage, check out the first article to walk you through on what to look for if you are stuck waiting for activation. Make sure that your Date & Time is set correctly as that can throw off activation. If you are still stuck then you will need to contact Apple for additional support.
