shake

when using shake, i want to varie the slowmotion speeds all in one clip, so i can have it start regular speed, go really slow really fast, then speed back up to regular all in one clip, but when i use time remapping on fcp, the audio doesnt get sync and its really hard to sync it with the ramped clip, with shake i want to do this but dont know how... someone help me plz!!!!:)

Unfortunately, there's no easy easy way to do what you're asking. Razor Blade (b) your audio at your speed transition points and change the speed of the clips one by one until they're right. It sounds labour intensive, but it isn't that bad, since you should know approximately the right speed to make the audio run from the video speed change.
