Mar 17, 2015 11:51 AM in response to Ingo2711by liuweiheng,i'm sorry for the confusing part. let me explain agin. i bought the iPhone 6 plus 64gb in Hong Kong, the Model number will be MGAK2ZP/A. ZP in the model number represents the sales area which is Hong Kong. But when i repaired my iPhone at Genius bar in Hong Kong, i had received a refurbished iPhone 6 Plus from the genius bar, the model changed to the MGAK2MY/A. MY in the model number represents the sales area which is Malaysia. I have no idea that why i bought and repaired the iPhone in the same area, and then they gave me a new phone from the other area. is it clear enough?

Mar 17, 2015 12:20 PM in response to liuweihengby Michael Black,Hong Kong and Malaysia may share the same service area as far as distribution of service units though? Is that possible? In other words, within that region, a factory refurb unit might have originated from anywhere in the region, gone back to Foxconn in China for refurbishment, and then gets shipped anywhere in the region depending simply on demand for service units by the servicing centers.
