apple macbook air 7,2 very bad video streaming experience

I just received a newly ordered apple macbook air7,2 13". I have owned several mac products with me - iphone 6 plus, mac mini, mac pro & macbook pro 15" retina. The biggest different that I faced is the the video streaming experience with my newly arrived macbook air7,2. The video streaming is extremely slow and needs a lots of buffering. I immediately switch to my Mac mini & iphone 6 plus and stream the same video - these two devices stream smoothly in HD. Unfortunately, the MacBook Air did not perform as what the others.

Please advise on the troubleshooting steps.

Note: I did not see this as the ISP bandwidth issue because my others devices can stream perfectly.

Hello danielmy118,

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your new MacBook Air. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing (network configuration, what or where you are streaming from, etc). If the issue does not appear to be your ISP bandwidth, you may want to check either the specific network connection from your Air to the streaming site, or the local network connection for the Air generally. You may want to test using a different network interface (Ethernet instead of WiFi, for example). You may also find the information and steps outlined in the following articles helpful:
