Hello,
I have had my ipad mini for a couple of months now. It was fine for until today. I wasn't even using it, it was just turned on beside me, an suddenly a white stripe appears taking up 1/4 of the screen. You can kind of see the apps and the touch still works. What happened exactly? Did I cause it? How can I fix it?
Also, I just recently updated to the newest iOS, i don't know if that caused it.

Similar issue here. Left hand side. 1/4 white stripe.
Hi
Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold
Both down until you see apple logo this can take 30seconds
Also try this place your iPad on your knee face down
Hit 3 times with your flat hand but not Hard
Sometimes this works.
If you still have a problem make an appointment at apple store .
