    Hello sgertel,

It sounds like you are asking about the OS X feature called Resume to have previous opened windows re-open when you launch Safari.

Automatically re-open windows, apps, and documents on your Mac - Apple Support

OS X Lion v10.7 and later include Resume, a feature that lets you re-open apps in the same state they were in when you last left them. For example, when you quit Safari, any webpages you're viewing are fully restored the next time you open Safari.

Is this not working for you?  Another thing I use is common folders in the Favorites bar where I can "Open in Tabs" at the bottom of the list.

    Take care,

    Nubz
