How to close a support case

I have raise a support case in my apple id and i have resolved the issue. But the apple forum keep calling me with automated dialog again and again. there is no one to answer the phone and keep me waiting more than 5 minutes everytime. it become very annoying and the automated dialog called for 4 times in less than an hour.

I just want to close the case for now and there is no one to answer the phone all 4 times.

I have block the phone number. very bad customer service.
