a friend shared his photos via icloud, but I can't see them on my iphone 4(Model MC603FD/A). It has the latest update (ios 7.1.2). I can see the shared folder, can share my photos in that specific folder, but can't see his. I think I did all the icloud setup and the photosharing setup on my device (iCloud Photo Sharing FAQ - Apple Support), what could be wrong?
