wheres the best place to get an isdn number. I want to list my book as self published which seems to list the isdn numbers around $125. Is there a trusted source of isdn numbers that are not set up by con artists and people with alterior motives.
You mean ISBN. (ISDN is an obsolete internet connection system over telephone wires.)
