Iphone 5s ??

Okay Guys, I had an Iphone 4S infact i still have. i had made an apple id of which i didnt knew its assosiated ID and pwd. it was jailbroken so wnated to upgrade it to iOS 8. but then when the main setup screen i came it asked me my pwd which i sadly didnt remember. Now that i bought an Iphone 5S unlocked... i restored my OLD backup of 4S. now my new 5S is has also find my iphone On already... Checked on icloud.com activation status it says your iphone isnt regestered with any icloud... SO what do i do now
