Deleting the deleted photos?

I know there are many softwares to recover the deleted photos from the phone. But is there any software to delete these protected photos?

i'm planning to sell my phone and I don't want anyone to accidentally delete his photos and while running recovery softwares he/she gets to see my deleted photos.

Is there anyone I can control this "Protected/archive folder"?
