Why am I getting "episode temporarily unavailable" when attempting to listen to a podcast episode on my iphone 5? It doesn't happen on every podcast. Is this a setting issue or is there a fix?

What version of the Podcasts app are you on (I see you're on iOS 6, so not sure if you can use the latest version)? The reason I ask is that in old versions of the Podcasts app, there were several serious bugs, including some that gave rise to the "Episode Temporarily Unavailable" message. From memory, these bugs in the app were finally fixed, I think, during the period when iOS 7 was current. In iOS 8, the Podcasts app is now a core part of the OS, so you don't download it from the App Store anymore.
