Just because you purchased iCloud Storage, doesn't mean your device will suddenly gain that storage space that you purchased. Your device's internal storage is fixed and is NOT upgradable. What you have on the device is what you have.

Mar 20, 2015 8:42 AM in response to SergZakby Sueg41,HHi thank you for replying. What happened was that I switched bank accounts and it coincided with the upgrade so my card payment was declined and I have now set up on my new card so it should rectify itself and my storage plan reinstated.
