I donated an old PowerBook (from around 2004) to a school in the Philippines but neglected to retain the password and have no record of it. They can't use it without it. I suggested going in as a Guest but there doesn't seem to be that option. Any way to crack the code so they can use it?
If this be a Firmware Password that appears before startup, then they can try removing the battery, disconnecting the charger, removing all memory modules, wait one minute, then reinsert. Restart the computer. This may work.
If this is an account login password:
