iTunes Radio is skipping and won't play over wifi...

When I try to use itunes radio on my iphone 6, macbook pro, or Apple tv 2 - it continuously skips to "next track" but never stops scrolling. When I switch from wifi to LTE on iphone it works fine. Anyone know how to solve this?
