Apple Watch Update causing Iphone 6 to freeze & bluetooth problems

Since the last update that downloaded the Apple Watch App, I've noticed my phone is very slow or unresponsive at times. I can tap an app and I all I get is a white screen. I have to hit the home button twice to get anything to be visible & this may or may not work! I usually have to reboot the phone. Also, bluetooth keeps going connecting and disconnecting. I never had that problem before the update! Is anyone else having any of these problems?
