How I can configure a receiver in my Mac?

Look, I buy a receiver that comes with a transmitter, a headset microphone and lapel microphone in Steren (Mexico), I connected the two microphones (one after another) to the transmitter and connect the receiver to my Mac, but the sound settings not the receiver appears, only the integrated microphone, What am I doing wrong? I've connected my EarPods to the Mac and the Mac recognize the microphone from EarPods, but not the receptor. Both the receiver and the transmitter is turned on and a microphone are connected to the transmitter.

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), Personal computer

You need an app for that.

It may be available for Windows on the CD that comes with it, and maybe, just maybe, for Mac OSX.

Otherwise connect to the manufacturer and see if it exists.

Yes, but the instructions say that I need connect the receiver to an amplifer. With this package I buy an adapter for connect the receiver to the Mac.
