I'm trying to make my Celesta and Chimes patches have a quicker release, since they don't muffle right away and when I have to play runs of eighth notes on those patches, the sound bleeds together. How can I make it so that these patches have a quicker release without messing with the sound files themselves?
In edit mode, select the channel strip and click on EXS24 to open the editor. Adjust the release parameter(lower right) in ENV 2. ADSR=attack, decay, sustain, release.
