Q: how do you look up stuff from the cloud

I'm trying to look up stuff up with my phone from the iCloud and can't pull anything up

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

What kind of "stuff" are you looking for? iCloud is used for the backup of your device, and those files are not visible without special software.

TTrying to look up like a resume I sent to the cloud or my pics etc

Pictures in iCloud are in your Photo Stream. Documents, I believe are used in the iCloud Drive beta. Is that what you are referring to? If you are using Photo Stream, you should be able to access that via the iPhone, but I'm not sure how easy it is to use iCloud Drive yet.
