guided access
guided access is enable on the screen and its lock with password. how to unlock it?

Hi hubnhoney,
You may be able to disable Guided Access by triple-clicking the Home button, then entering the Guided Access passcode (this should allow for touch input to be provided to the passcode area regardless of touch restrictions set via Guided Access).
End a Guided Access session
- Triple-click the Home button.
- Enter the Guided Access passcode.

Should you still not be able to disable Guided Access, the next step to try would be resetting the phone by holding the Power and Home buttons until you see an Apple icon on the screen.
