Q: I'm not able to send e-mail trough my gmail account on mac outlook 211

I've set up my gmail account on mac outlook 2011 exactly how it was described on all forums and instructions that I've read. My incoming e-mails are working perfectly but I'm not able to send e-mails, it will get stuck in the outbox. Does any one have a solution for it?
