Mar 22, 2015 9:13 AM in response to suds.mohtaby Jason L,Hey there suds.mohta,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
From what I gather, you’re seeing a notification badge on the Mail app when there isn't unread email on your iPhone 6. Take a look at the app troubleshooting article linked below and try the suggestions that it provides.
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn your device off and back on.
Check for iOS and app updates
Make sure that you're using latest version of iOS.
If the issue persists, try restoring the device as shown here:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
So long,
-Jason

Open up the Mail app and tap the Edit button.
Select one message.
Press and hold the Mark button at the bottom of the screen.
While still pressing and holding the Mark button, tap the email you previously selected to unmark it.
Release the Mark button.
Tap the Mark as Read button.
