Q: I cannot backup my iphone 6 manually to my PC. I keep getting an error message

Hello, I cannot backup my iphone 6 to my PC. I have turned off firewalls, I am using a factory usb lightning cable, I tried several usb ports, I ran diagnostics, I updated itunes, I updated iphone software, everything!

I get "an unknown error occured"....help!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

It sounds like you are getting this unknown error everytime you try to backup your phone to your PC. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you resolve the issue here, named:
