Any attempt to open the computer could be considered enough to void the warranty if it's detected. But in reality what you described probably wouldn't since you did not remove the cover.
FYI, I've seen it void the warranty, as many of the drivers used to try and remove the screws can damage them and Apple may use that to determine the device has been opened. However, only Apple will make that decision.
My screen was making poping sound when I press on the bottom corner, so i took it to the apple authorized service provider, they said the screw was loose and they tighten it. but it didn't help, and they said apple won't replace it. So I request an express replacement through apple. If they think something have been done it, can I tell they what the service provider did.
I should think that you can. They should have a record of that appointment. However, remember that Apple makes the final decision, not a group of users on a forum.
how does express replacement work, what are they going to do when they receive the current iphone i have
They will examine it and make a determination on how to proceed. You will hear from them.
For my phone, it looks like the glass is not connect to the aluminum part. It's a lot higher than the other side
I understand what you said was wrong, you posted that earlier. We are users, it is not up to us to decide. Apple will examine your phone when you return it and contact you about what to do next.
