Q: iCloud account says that I am apart of family share, but iTunes says I am not?

When I sign into my iCloud account it says that I am connected to my family share, but when I go to my iTunes account it says that family share is not set up so I can not access any of the other music, movies, etc..  I have already ensured the organizer account has all purchases shared.  Not sure what else to try.  Any suggestions?
