Tones I have purchased through itunes are not on my iphone anymore. The tones are on the computer BUT with a circle of gray dots next to them and the tones are gray where I cannot click on them. I would like my tones that I purchased but on my phone!

- Open Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Go to itunes.com/restore-tones.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Tap Restore.
