Q: how to set output 1 and 2 and master in pro logic express when mixing

what is the recommended procedure for setting the levels of output 1 and 2 fader and the master fader in Pro Logic express when mixing? I'm used to just one master fader with my Mackie board.  Is there anything in the manual?
