iMessage audio and Wechat video voice not working, WHY?

Microphone prob? or software bug?

Model: 6 plus A1522 , using CDMA network

My test result

iMessage Audio: mic icon appeared, and able to press, but rec volume so small and no able to hear at all.

Wechat : audio message OK. Video Chat: the opposite side can't hear my voice at all.

Facetime video: OK with sound in.

Facetime Audio: OK

Recording App: sound in OK

Video recording: OK with sound in.

Handsfree when calling: microphone OK, opposite side can hear me.

iMessage audio: when speaking, cant catch my voice; but when i knock with my fingers, the mic can catch the " dock dock dock ...." sound.

My personal thinking: is it because the noise cancellation mic got some prob?

But my doubt is: some other app is working....like handsfree and facetime.....

SO PLS HELP ME!!!

I finally fixed the problem by my own....

Reason：the microphone in the front side (which linked with the front camera) when in the apple production line, some how mistakenly left some glue at the mic. which blocked the sound catch....how careless.....reckless....

All you need to do: open up the iPhone 6 / plus remove the front screen , take out the following part: (clean the glue which sticked with the golden mic....) there you go.....everything back to normal!!!! It's a careless mistake....apple made. Therefore, they won't speak a word about it.....they know you are gonna to to apple and replace a new one if necessary...

anyway....i fixed by myself....because i am using the US machine at China,......how.......lucky i am...
