Q: crossing countries with itunes

I have moved temporarily from Norway to Australia. i need to Access apps for Australia but my Norwegian account doesnt have them. I dont want to deleete my Norwegian account. How can I create an Australian based Apple ID with same email address as my Norwegian created one?
