Remote for Keynote not working in iOS 8.2

I have an iPad (4. Gen) and iPhone (5S) which I both updated to iOS 8.2. On the day after I wanted to start my Keynote with the remote as usual... but my phone couldn't find my Mac (where the Keynote is on). I tried following things, none worked:

1. I tried it on my iPad with my Mac

2. Remote on iPhone and Presentation on iPad

3. Set up own WiFi on Mac, connect to it with iPad/iPhone

4. Reconnect MacBook with iPhone Remote in Keynote app

5. Reinstall Keynote on iPhone

(maybe I missed something)

It only worked when I took an iPhone (5S) from someone else who wasn't running iOS 8.2 (I can't tell which version, I guess 8.1) and it worked perfectly. This let me come the conclusion that it might have to do something with the iOS version.

Edit of original post: It does work within a LAN but if I create a Computer-to-Computer Network an my Mac and connect to it with my iPhone it won't work. Here are three reasons why it has to work:

1. The network is shown on my iPhone and recognized as a Device-Network

2. It is an Apple Device and I expect Apple Devices to work with each other

3. It has worked before
