Based on your post I understand you are having trouble syncing reminders with Outlook for Windows. Are you familiar with the version of Outlook you're using? There are some versions which are not supported:
System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
PC
- Microsoft Windows 7 or later
- iCloud for Windows 4.0
- iTunes 12 or later
- Outlook 2007 or later2
- Outlook 2010 Personal Edition isn't supported.

Mar 23, 2015 7:34 AM in response to bobby_dby houndstoothelephant,I am running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 with Outlook Version 14.0.7143 (32 bit). My outlook is showing the iCloud tab, but I am unable to get the tasks and reminders to show up in the Tasks app.

Mar 24, 2015 7:45 AM in response to houndstoothelephantby houndstoothelephant,UPDATE: I did figure out that the reminders for TASKS created in Outlook as well as the reminders for these tasks do show up find in the Tasks App. However, the reminders I set on any email messages don't show up. Anyone know if there is a way to make those show up on my Apple devices?
