Hey friends, I have a trouble when i tried to redeem a itunes gift card. Here is the trouble, A error appear on the screen when I entered the code .
It said that "Your account is unable to use the store points now" .Something like that. I am a user from HK and I translate the words to English.
Anyone know what is going on? Thanks For Help.~

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are not able to use the iTunes gift card. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

I purchased an iTunes card and before i looked at it correctly i didn't verify what type of card it was. I'm from Canada and the card i purchased is for USA. Is there a way i can exchange it for equal value or am i S.O.L? 😟
