There was a speck on the wrong side of my screen glass screen protector. So I took it off and tried to clean it and now it's worse! LINT EVERYWHERE! How do I clean the sticky side without leaving lint and specks???

Throw that screen protector away and use another, or better yet, none at all. Attempting to keep every speck of dust from getting trapped beneath a screen protector will be an exercise in frustration.
If you get a speck under your protector, lift that part, get a piece of scotch tape and touch the speck, which will have attached to the sticky side of the protector. It will come off and you can have a clean fit 🙂
