I just updated iPhoto to the newest version 9.6.1
After the update ... I only see a few of my albums ...
The foto's are still there, but many albums dissappeared from iPhoto.
In the Photo's and Events tabs the pictures are still there ...
Any one else who has this problem?

Restore from your back up.
Half my albums are still here, half are gone.
How do I restore from a backup?

I just spent over 2 hrs on the phone with an iPhoto senior specialist, after my initial call was upgraded 2x.
She informed me that THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND ENGINEERS ARE WORKING ON IT! Please get in touch with Apple Support with your loss issues, as the advice given by others, regardless of their number of points, or whether well-intentioned, (or not), is not relevant to this issue!
