after update repair permissions not repaired

Mac Book Pro 2011 13'in

Yosemite 10.10.2


Most resent Update came to me today 3/20/15

Safari 8.0.4 and security updates, how ever, after a new update I always do a repair permissions and this is the message I received from the body in the Mac

User uploaded file


This warning SUID file for the remote management was one of the item the update was to update.

What does this mean

Not knowing what it is or what it does and coupled with the fact that this was part of the OS update I am concerned.


Anybody shed some light of truth on this matter?


As always I value the Community's input and rely on it for help.
