I just downloaded and purchased a new book, why does it keep telling me the book isn't formatted correctly? How can I fix this?

I can't access my new book because it says it's not formatted correctly

If you haven't already done so then try deleting the book from the bookshelf in the iBooks app on your device and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the app.


If you have the same problem with that copy then use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
