How can I reset my security questions because I haven't gotten the email to help me do that?

I forgot my security questions so I clicked the link "forgot your security question answers?". It told me that an email was sent to my inbox on how to set my account up again but there was no email. What should I do?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6

Check your spam filter. If you don't find it, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
