Q: Camera of IP4S is freezing

Hello, My IPhone 4S got lately freeze of the image when trying to move to get a photo; While moving it freeze on a view you don t want to get as the photo;

Is it a problem of the speed of the mother card or must I get more Ram ? I am at iOS 8.1.
