    Hey Kev86,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you upgraded the account but are receiving a message that iCloud storage is full. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

    I have this same problem.

The above suggestions don't even address the question.  We've paid for an upgrade, and we have not received service in return!  Please address this.

It's almost a year now, and obviously hasn't been fixed.

Since switching to iPhone I'm appalled at the shocking lack of useful information to users' questions all over the web!  There should be a way to contact a PERSON (heaven forbid, I know), or at least have access to a support person on the other end of chat help.

Hi Mario.  I upgraded my iCloud storage but am still receiving the "iCloud Storage is Full" message on my devices (iPhone, MacBook and IPad).  When I go into "Upgrade" it shows I have plenty of storage (174.77 GB of 200 GB storage plan).  How do I rid myself of these nuisance messages? Background: I am not a gamer, not a photographer, and do the bare minimum on computers.  I cannot imagine that anything I do would need storage in excess of 174.77 GB simply to back up.  Thank you!
