Can I setup the apple bluetooth keyboard with my windows laptop?

I have a Toshiba A665-S5170 and was wondering if there is a possibility of using the bluetooth to find the Apple keyboard. I've tried searching for the keyboard by using the control panel and adding a device and all that. I know my computer won't find it, but is there a USB drive "magic stick" or something I can use that will be capable of finding it?
