Differentiating my Apple TV

Hi

There are 2 apple tv's in my house. One is newer and mine, the other is older and my house mate's.

How can I verify which one is mine? Is there a way to check when the Apple TV was first activated? Or who's device's have connected to it historically?

Thanks

VG

Hey vlvgfx,

Probably the easiest way to be able to select between two Apple TVs is to name them differently. You can change the name of an Apple TV using the steps in this article -

Apple TV: Change the name of your Apple TV - Apple Support

In particular -

To change the name of your Apple TV, select Settings > General > Name.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
