I'd like to move PDF files to my ipad using wire to iTunes my macbook air. The message "iTunes could not connect this iPhone. This device no longer connected" appears as soon as I connect my ipad to the computer.
How can I solve this problem. I use a different computer Macbook pro and I have no problem.
