I hope you can help. My 85 year old father has locked his iphone5s. I followed the instructions on apple support to erase and restore using recovery mode. This worked however I am now at the Activate iphone5s screen and it is now asking for the AppleID that was used to set up the Iphone.
I discovered he has two for some reason and neither work although I can log into them. It seems he set up a seperate icloud account and doesn't remember the password.
