iCloud Hang Up?

iCloud Hang Up?

iWork's (Numbers, Pages, Keynote) and iCloud photo library (Beta) are not syncing across devices. Seems to get hung up on each device. Everything is updated and clean. Have checked all the helps, checked storage (I have 15+ GB available). Have talked with Apple techs on Apple Care line for hours. No resolution. Have tried on wife's mbp and devices. Same problem. Can there be a server problem in Washington DC? Seems like problem originated with last update several weeks ago. Not sure. Calendar, mail, reminders, contacts, photo stream all work. Seems to be a problem only with "Beta" apps.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.2, also iPad and MBP

For what it's worth, I've had the exact same problem since Wednesday. And I live in Washington, DC.

Likewise. Have been stuck since last Wed. Very frustrating. Spent hours on phone with techs. No joy. They claim there is no problem with the system, but referred the issue to engineers. Hope to know more on Monday.

As of this morning (Tuesday, 03/24) iCloud syncing is working across all devices for Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and iCloud Photo Library (Beta). Nadeige, an Apple senior tech (Advisor), worked with me (us) to resolve the problem. Some wasted time, but the problem is apparently fixed. Cheers.

Not completely resolved. My MacBooks are syncing, but my iDevices are still "updating".

Hi. I've kept an open ticket in case you continue to have the updating problem. Apparently the issue that I and several other users had in the Washington DC area was related to the maintenance schedule of DC equipment. At any rate the problem was not with our devices. Cheers.

Just got a call from my technical advisor, who says the engineers have resolved the problem. My iCloud syncing issues disappeared at about 8:30PM on Monday. Hopefully, everybody else is fixed, too.
