I want to transfer all my photos onto my laptop so that my photos will not take up a lot of space on my phone. However, my phone is unwilling to sync with my laptop. I have tried to connect my phone to another laptop and same thing happened. What should I do?

What do you mean it is unwilling to sync? What is happening? Actually, if you want to put photos from the phone onto the computer, you import them, and iTunes has nothing to do with that. Whatever import utility you use on your particular computer generally have a setting to delete the photos from the phone at the same time you are importing. See this support document. True. I did not consider the OP not having iTunes installed to start with, I was thinking about them getting an iTunes error. Thanks for the additional info.
