When I open YouTube i receive a "blocked plug-in"message. I have updated my Flash Player, removed all website data under 'Privacy' and enabled plug-ins under `Security' on Safari,

Most YouTube pages don't even use Flash (or any other browser pug-in).
1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press the "Delete All" button under “Browsing Data and Settings”.
2. Update the Flash Player.
