My Facebook page won't open. The circle keeps spinning but nothing happens.

How are you trying to access facebook?

if the app, force quit the app. Double tap the home button. Flick the preview up and off the screen to close the app. Single tap the home button to exit the mode then try again.

I Tried this but it did not work. Still cannot open facebook, still spinning wheel. I have rebooted a number of times. Should i uninstall the app and then re install? If yes, how do i uninstall the app?
