Q: iTunes Store has now been down since March11 2015

I Have been unable to watch any of the shows I paid for on iTunes Store since March 11.  My Apple Tv and all my Apple products are up to date with the latest updates. I contacted Apple, a feat in itself to get to talk to a human being, who told me at first that their system was fine and after a while admitted that it was a global problem. My question is : does anyone know when this will be fixed?
