Q: How to back up phone with apps purchased with multiple iTunes accounts

It's a long story, but my iPhone has apps that were purchased through multiple iTunes account. 

 

Is it possible to create a backup of my phone that accounts for all of these apps?  Last time I tried backup in iTunes, it only backed up the apps purchased with that particular iTunes account, but not others.

 

Should something happen to my iPhone and I need to restore/clone my phone, I want all my apps -- regardless of whose iTunes account was used to purchase them -- to be restored.

 

Any quick and easy way for this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1

    Authorize your computer for all of the accounts.

     

    Transfer all purchases from the iPhone to the computer

     

    Back up

    The backup does not include any apps. It only includes the list and arrangement of apps; which are then reloaded when you sync after restoring.

    Apps are not included in any backup.

    Apps are sync’d/copied back to iTunes library.

    As suggested, transfer the purchases from iPhone to your iTunes.
