Q: Every other call I can not hear the caller on my iPhone 6 64gb, is this iOS 8.2 update issue?

last week my phone has been acting up with a few features, but biggest one is that every other call or so, I can not hear anything from the caller, no voice at all. This happens regardless of whether I use headphones, Bluetooth in my car or just to my ear. I have done the reboot several times, but not a full reset. I'm reluctant to do that as I've done it a bunch of times in the past and it takes a while to reload everything. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks Allen, I ended up doing both a network reset and settings reset and so far have not had the issue repeat itself. It seems like the last update didn't install correctly and left glitches behind. I will continue to monitor and see if any of the issues arise. I will update in a week.
